徐刚副主任医师1989年毕业于广州中山大学医学院，现就职于浙江大学医学院附属第二医院泌尿外科。从事泌尿外科临床18年，熟练掌握泌尿、男生殖系各类常规和重大疑难手术。尤其擅长经尿道前列腺电切术、经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，输尿管镜气压弹道碎石、钬激光碎石手术和腹腔镜等内窥镜手术。自2003年起开展并主持我院尿动力学研究工作，重点研究下尿路功能障碍，对尿失禁、前列腺增生、膀胱过度活动等疾病的诊断和治疗有很深的造诣。
　　课题《三种可控膀胱的疗效监测》获浙江省医疗科技二等奖。成功举办2006年首届下尿路功能障碍学习班。著研究论文多篇在专业核心刊物上发表，参与编著《男性生殖器官疾病》。

Dr. Gang Xu, born in 1965, graduated from Dr. Sun Yet-san’s Medical University in 1989, is now a senior urologist in Department of Urology, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. With his 18 years of experience in urology and andrology, he is an expert in endo-urological surgery including transuretheral resection of prostate and bladder tumor, ureteroscopic pneumatic and holmium laser lithotripsy, as well as laparoscopic urological surgery. He is also a pioneer in urodynamic study in our hospital. His research interest focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of lower urinary tract functional disorders, including stress incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia and overactive bladder.
Dr. Xu was honored the second prize of Zhejiang medical science and technology award for his achievement in the study of three types of continent urinary diversion. He also hosted the first training program of urodynamic study in 2006. His publication record includes multiple research papers in core journals and co-edition of “Diseases of male genital system”.
