白福鼎副主任医师，生于1967年。1990年毕业于浙江医科大学。1998年获医学硕士学位。现任浙江大学医学院附属第二医院泌尿外科副主任医师。
　　长期从事泌尿外科临床工作，临床经验丰富。能胜任泌尿外科常见病及疑难、危重病例的诊断和治疗。熟练掌握泌尿外科各类开放手术，如根治性肾切除，全膀胱切除术等。较熟练地掌握泌尿外科腔内手术，如经尿道前列腺电切术，输尿管镜气压弹道碎石及钬激光碎石术，微创经皮肾镜碎石术及各类腹腔镜手术，如腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术，腹腔镜肾切除术及肾盂成形术等。
　　近年来主持厅级课题1项，参与厅级课题多项。在核心期刊上发表研究论文5篇。同时承担医学院教学工作。

Dr. Fuding Bai, born in 1967, graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1990, was awarded the MD degree in 1998. He is now a senior doctor in Department of Urology, Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
Dr. Bai has practiced 16 years in urological field. His experience has enabled him to handle the diagnosis and treatment of both common and serious cases in urology. He is also an expert in various open urological surgery like the radical nephrectomy and cystectomy, as well as endo-urological surgery like the transuretheral resection of prostate, ureteroscopic pneumatic and holmium laser lithotripsy, minimal invasive percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy and laparoscopic surgery, like the laparoscopic adrenectomy and nephrectomy.
Dr. Bai is the P.I. of 1 provincial grant and also the co-author of several other provincial grants. His publication record includes 5 research papers in core journal. He is also the lecturer in Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
